Lâm Đồng

Lâm Đồng, centred on the city of Đà Lạt with its cool temperate climate all year round, is one of the few places in Vietnam able to grow atiso (artichoke) and many cold-country vegetables. Đà Lạt cooking joins local ingredients (lá é, atiso) to a lively night-time street food culture, giving it a character of its own within the Central Highlands.
