Kon Tum

Kon Tum is the northernmost province of the Tây Nguyên (Central Highlands), home to the Bahnar, Xơ Đăng and Giẻ Triêng peoples and to a cuisine tied closely to the forest and the mountains. Its cooking stands out for dishes built on wild forest leaves, native pork, and newer specialities that have taken hold in the cool climate of Măng Đen, such as sturgeon.
