Hậu Giang

Hậu Giang is a young province of the Mekong Delta, known for two specialities carrying protected geographical indications — cá thát lát (clown featherback fish) and the Cầu Đúc pineapple — alongside homely river-country dishes such as the bún gỏi già of the Phụng Hiệp area.
