Đắk Nông

Đắk Nông is a Central Highlands province split off from Đắk Lắk in 2004, long home to the M'Nông and Mạ peoples. Its indigenous cooking is bound to the forests, rivers and streams — above all the dishes cooked inside ống tre (bamboo tubes) such as canh thụt and cơm lam, along with cá lăng (river catfish) grilled from the Sêrêpốk river.
