Bình Phước

Bình Phước is Vietnam's cashew capital, with close to 175,000 hectares under cashew, and also home to a number of ethnic minority communities such as the Xtiêng, whose forest cooking is entirely its own. Beyond the celebrated roasted cashews, the grilled chicken and the soups the local people cook inside lồ ô bamboo tubes are what define the food of this red basalt country.
