Quảng Ngãi, the country of núi Ấn and sông Trà (Ấn mountain and the Trà river), is bound to the specialities of the Trà Khúc river: don, cleanly sweet and cooked from a small shellfish; cá bống sông Trà (Trà river goby) braised deep with pepper; and the squid bánh xèo of the Sa Huỳnh coast.
