Kiên Giang

Kiên Giang holds both a coastal plain and the pearl island of Phú Quốc, giving it a rich island-and-sea cuisine: fresh gỏi cá trích, the deeply flavoured bún cá of Rạch Giá city, and the celebrated nước mắm (Vietnamese fish sauce) of Phú Quốc, recognised as national intangible cultural heritage.
