Southern Vietnam
Cà Mau
Cà Mau is the country's southernmost tip, with the U Minh mangrove ecosystem and broad coastal mudflats that yield famous specialities such as ba khía (a small mangrove crab) from Rạch Gốc, sea crab from Năm Căn, and the freshwater dried fish of U Minh Hạ.
