Bắc Giang

Bắc Giang is midland country, known for the traditional rice-noodle craft of Lục Ngạn, the free-range hill chickens of Yên Thế, and the long-established bánh đa (large rice cracker) villages along the Thương river. The food here is plain and rooted in the northern countryside, yet several of its products have become national names.
